The government of St. Kitts and Nevis in realizing the increasing popularity and functionality of virtual assets, took the innovative approach of introducing the Virtual Asset Act. Under this Act, registered Virtual Assets Service Providers are able to conduct virtual assets business for or on behalf of another person. The application process is quite detailed and as such CWA is available to application for registration from start to finish.
